SIGN is a free information service for disabled children and young people and their families, and the professionals who support them.
Staff at SIGN can provide you with information on specific health conditions, local and national sources of support, information on how to access services, funding, leisure activities and much more.
Check out the SIGN website, www.signdisability.org.uk, for free resources like information packs on a range of disabilities, news or to ask the SIGN team a specific question.
