We’ve always believed in the importance of outreach work, and for several years we have done a lot of our work in community settings. Our team help parents to access the information they need in the way that’s most convenient to them, so you may
have met our staff at your local Children’s Centre or doctor’s surgery. From October 2011, the way that we do our outreach work is changing. You’ll still find our teams out and about, but this will be in targeted areas of the city, working on specific campaigns.
Our friendly Advice and Engagement Workers will be out and about in the following areas talking to parents and carers about Free Early Learning, Working Tax Credits and other information for families:
