Information for Existing Providers

Girl ReadingSheffield Information Link (SIL) is a city-wide charity delivering information and guidance about providers of childcare, playcare, early years education and other children's services to parents and carers.

We have a small, specialist library containing over 4,000 items located in the admin offices of Sheffield Information Link at 9 Leopold Street. The library is designed to support childcare students and providers within the early years and playwork sectors. Click here for more information on our library.

  • Crèches
    Pre-school Learning Alliance (see Playgroups and Pre-schools above) employ a worker to offer advice on setting up crèches. Contact them for more information.
