Chilypep Feedback Questionnaire

Support local young people's organisation Chilypep with vital feedback.

The Children and Young People’s Empowerment Project ‘Chilypep’ have been working with Children and Young People in Sheffield for nearly nine years, supporting them to have a say about what’s happening in their communities and across the City.

Sadly, due to restructuring, Sheffield City Council are no longer able to fund Chilypep to carry on most of the work they are doing, which may mean that Chilypep cannot continue in the future if they cannot find alternative funds.

Chilypep is doing lots of things to try and keep going, and if you think they have done a good job and would like to support them, you can help by completing the Chilypep feedback form below.

Lesley Pollard, Managing Director of Chilypep, explained: "We are asking parents, carers and people we have worked with to tell us what they think about what we do, so that we can use this to help us write funding applications and show people why our work is important. It’s also your chance to tell us where we might have got things wrong and how we could be better in the future. Don’t be shy, it will help us to improve our work!"

A ‘Friends of Chilypep’ group is also being set up for parents, carers, colleagues, organisations and anyone else who is interested, to look at ways to keep Chilypep going. If you have a bit of spare time and want to see how you could help, the first meeting will take place at YASY WORKS, 10a Carver St, Sheffield, S1 4FS on Monday 22nd February at 6pm.

On March 24th from 6 to 9pm, a Chilypep celebration event will be taking place. The organisation has invited parents, carers and all the people they have worked with to come along and take part.
